The Combined Defence Services (CDS) offline exam was conducted in 3 shifts for the 3 papers- English Language, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics.

Candidates who applied for the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Indian Naval Academy (INA) attempted all three papers.

Those candidates who applied for the Officers Training Academy (OTA) attempted only English and General Knowledge papers. Such candidates were exempted from Mathematics paper.

Here candidates can download the original question papers of all sets of the CDS 1 2025 exam. There are three papers in the CDS examination: English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics.

Candidates clearing the CDS-1 2025 written cut-off will qualify for the SSB interview. The SSB interview is the next stage in the Combined Defence Services exam selection process. Please note that the UPSC releases the written cut-off marks after the final results.
