Academics grades more or less do not determine your success but your success is determined in competent exam which define your perseverance and endurance. Sashwat Dwivedi from a small village Kailawn, Bighapur in Unnao district with his determination defined his success by clearing competition exam of NDA-II 2019  and successfully occupying his seat in SSB Interview 2020 by getting recommended from 18 SSB Allahabad in Indian Army on 7th February, 2020.

It is said that a student is successful when he finds something that motivates him to go beyond his comfort zone but for Sashwat his enthusiasm and dedication for his success  lies in the challenges he faced every time from the society that let him down due to his social status or belongingness to village. Being a Unnao student he usually came up with negative comments like that son of officers are selected and special ones are recommended for these position only and not guys like him. Despite all such nasty comments today he is successful in an area where they let him down and gained a social recognition too. Sashwat hailed challenges one by one where he cracked Air Force X group in 2018, Navy AA/SSR in 2019 in a row but did not choose to accept the offer letter as he had set his mind to join Indian Army by cracking NDA exam and SSB Interview. The question that DO YOU HAVE IT IN YOU keep him going every time. Sashwat hobbies in writing poetries and crafting intensified his thought process that built his intellect and confidence in SSB Interview.

Sashwat admitted that the most important factor between students and coaching is communication which is well established and frequent in Centurion Defence Academy during his whole journey.
