Making his life a marvelous feet that he had managed with great skill, imagine no limitations on what he can be, have or do. His aspiration, determination and motivation graced his success journey. Tushar in his first attempt cracked 34 SSB Allahabad for NDA July 2020 and set up his path of joining Indian Army.

It’s an old day talks which we usually share at our failure that my fortune is not good, I am not lucky, examiners were partial, my marks were deducted and many other silly excuses which all the failures gather to answer after results are out. But a defence aspirant can never give any excuse for his failure because the whole procedure is fair and vigilant starting from day 1. You are selected if you are on a right hand, keep your eyes on the goal and your feet on the ground what Tushar did.

Hrishik Dwivedi had lifted the charge of security and well-being of the India on his shoulder by joining the Indian Air Force. He grew up as a defence brat, lived in an air force background which had a huge influence in his career. He started his preparation since childhood and in his first attempt he qualified for SSB Interview,for NDA July 2020 Batch and recommended from 4 AFSB, Varanasi on 1 feb 2020.

Hrishik proudly says that he knows only one thing i.e. the Airforce and the cantonments. Setting up into his comfort zone and to be the third generation joining the Indian Defence Forces in his family has added much more responsibility and pressure to him but at the same time has given a proud, joyous moment to his entire family.

He first considered the evolution of his willingness to join the IAF at the age of 12 after watching an Air Force Day parade with his father who is a retired Air Force Sergeant. The biggest visible structural change in his mind towards his aim in life came in to him on this parade and from there he completely focused himself to be a Fighter Pilot with a mission where his fighter plane shines on enemies.

Pressure never broke him and he simply targeted to attain better results. It is important not to conflate the cause and effect. With proper availability of people and strategies, the Air Force could and should constitute a viable career he estimated.

Many inspections of officers and army personal motivated him, the drills and life style of army and the stories of velour and courage of many officers especially Captain Vikram Batra have always inspired him.
