He leads a dynamic team of over 200 seasoned professionals, all committed to transforming the dreams of young aspirants into the proud reality of wearing the uniform of the Indian Armed Forces.
An academic by mind and a mentor by heart, Sir holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a licensed practitioner of advanced psychology certified by the Rehabilitation Council of India. With a profound understanding of human behaviour and performance, he has pioneered personalised mentoring techniques, most notably his acclaimed Profile Mapping approach. This unique method ensures tailored guidance and constructive feedback for every defence aspirant, maximizing their chances of success.
Under his expert mentorship, Centurion Defence Academy consistently produces an impressive 3 to 4 selections each week in the Indian Armed Forces. His students have regularly secured top national ranks – AIR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and beyond-in prestigious exams such as NDA, CDS, MNS, and the SSB Interview, making his academy a trusted name nationwide.
