Session 2 (12–01 PM) – Lt. Col Amit Srivastava (Retd.)

The Group Testing Officer (GTO) series is often where candidates struggle the most. Col. Session 3 (03–04 PM) – Lt. Col Aditya Budhiraja ( Retd.)

Psychological tests are one of the most decisive parts of the SSB. A DIPR-trained psychology mentor, Col. Buddhiraja, will guide candidates through the do’s and don’ts of psychological assessments. His session will help participants understand how to respond naturally, avoid overthinking, and project their real personality in TAT, WAT, and SRT.

Session 4 (05–06 PM) – Shishir Dixit Sir

The final session is by Shishir Dixit Sir, Founder of Centurion Defence Academy, psychology mentor, and author of the Amazon bestseller “Ranneeti.” With over 15 years of mentoring experience and a record of guiding more than 1000 officers into the armed forces, Shishir Sir will reveal the “Secrets of Selection” and share crucial PP&DT tips.
