At Centurion Defence Academy, we aim to provide the best services and products to our students and customers. If something goes wrong, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Courses & Online Services

All fees for our courses, online test series, digital study material, and e-learning packages are non-refundable. Once you purchase a course or any online service, it cannot be refunded, as you get access to the content immediately.

If you face any issues with accessing the materials, please contact our support team, and we will help fix the problem.

2. Physical Products

For physical items like books or study material, you can return them if:

  • They are unused and in the original packaging.
  • You return them within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Refund for Physical Products

You can get a refund if the product you received is damaged or incorrect. To request a refund:

  • Email us at studymaterial.centurionacademy@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We will review your request and update you. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
  • If you are returning a product, you will need to pay for return shipping, unless we sent you the wrong or damaged item.
  • If the return is approved due to our mistake, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.
