Nitin, a young fellow from Burari (Delhi), has been dedicated to his goals and determined in his ambition to join the armed services at a young age. Nitin has eventually been selected for the coveted National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune, after a long journey to join the Indian Armed Forces. With his feat, Nitin furthered his place in the Centurion Defence Academy’s famous hall of fame. He received an All India Rank of 455 in the NDA 149th Course final merit list. At Centurion Defence Academy, Nitin prepared for the NDA exam, and he continuously demonstrated a positive attitude and unwavering resolve that encouraged us to set high goals for ourselves.

There were 112 candidates reported for the SSB batch of August 15–19, 2022, at 3 AFSB Gandhi Nagar; 74 were screened in, but only 13 made it through to receive recommendations. One of those qualified candidates who obtained the position was Nitin. Nitin finally achieved his goal of joining the illustrious Indian Air Force from 3 AFSB Gandhi Nagar via perseverance and hard work. Nitin succeeded in his first attempt and was recruited into the prestigious Indian Air Force Wing of the National Defence Academy. Nitin enrolled in the Centurion Defence Academy to receive proper guidance from professionals as he prepared for the NDA.

Nitin was able to pass his SSB interview at 3 AFSB Gandhi Nagar in the first attempt, thanks to Sir Shishir Dixit and other SSB mentors at Centurion Defence Academy. He has defined Team Centurion, which has many remarkable success stories of a similar sort, with his sincerity and determination. For hundreds of young people who aspire to join the Indian Armed Forces at a young age, Nitin has set an example. We hope Nitin’s success in the NDA exam and his future goals will continue to serve as a model for and source of inspiration for aspirants to the National Defence Academy in the future.
