Shakti Singh, a young and passionate gentleman from Siwan (Bihar), has succeeded in getting admission to the prestigious National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune. He has been diligent in his aspirations and committed to his objective of joining the armed forces. Shakti added another achievement to the illustrious hall of fame at Centurion Defence Academy by earning the All India Rank of 174 in the final merit list for the NDA 149th Course. Shakti’s excellent demonstration of a successful career, upbeat spirit, and sheer willpower inspire us to have high aspirations for the Indian Armed Forces in the years ahead. A total of 69 candidates were reported for the SSB batch of August 17–21, 2022, at 11 SSB Allahabad; of those, 20 were screened in, and only 6 made it through to receive recommendations. One of them—our youthful and exuberant pride, Shakti—realized his dream of joining the Indian Armed Forces from 11 SSB Allahabad.

In order to prepare for the NDA under the right mentorship of professionals, Shakti joined the Centurion Defence Academy. With the guidance of Sir Shishir Dixit and other SSB mentors there, he was able to successfully crack his SSB interview from 11 SSB Allahabad on his first attempt. Shakti has been very ambitious in achieving his objectives, and with his integrity and perseverance, he has once again brought distinction to Team Centurion, which has numerous outstanding success stories of a similar nature. Through his accomplishments in the NDA exam and his future aspirations, Shakti has clearly proven that the closer you get to your ambitions, the more concrete and audacious you become.
