AirForce Y Group Eligibility Criteria:

To apply for Air Force X and Y group exam you must log in to the official website of Air Force, and must possess the following documents for application:
- Class 10th passing certificate
- Class 12th passing certificate and marksheet

The selection is a two- way process involving online test and physical examination.
Candidates need to pay a fee of Rs. 250 through online payment mode.
Talking about the test, Phase 1 involves English, physics and maths for X group for 60 minutes; English, reasoning and general awareness for Y group for 45 minutes and English, physics, maths, reasoning and general awareness for both X and Y group for 85 minutes.
Note, there will be a 0.25 negative marking.
The written exam is followed by Physical fitness test and Adaptability test 1 and Adaptability test 2. This is conducted to check the adaptability and adjustment power of the candidate in an Air Force environment. It is a written objective type test.
