-
Read the CDS syllabus very carefully
If you fully understand the CDS syllabus, then 20% of your CDS preparation is already complete. Because, if you fully understand the CDS syllabus, you will know which topics should be studied and which topics should be avoided. For example, in the CDS history syllabus, world history is not mentioned so candidates should not study world history for CDS. They can adopt the strategy for other subjects like English and Maths also. In this limited time of 90 days, Candidates should go through those topics first which are most important.
-
Go through previous years’ Question Papers
Previous years’ question Papers help candidates to know the weightage of topics and the topics which are being repeatedly asked. Previous Year Question Papers are available on the official website of UPSC. Previous years’ question papers will help you to know your strengths and weaknesses as well.
-
Repeated Revision is the key to success
Candidates should try to do multiple revisions on topics studied by them. If they do not do repeated revisions, they will forget the topics studied by them in the exam. They should make their own proper schedule of revision. General Studies is a tough subject for most CDS Aspirants. If they want to score good marks in general studies, they should keep on revising it. Centurion Academy’s study material is very helpful in revision. This material is concise and to the point. -
