The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the written result for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I) 2024, commonly called the NDA/NA 1 2024 Exam. The UPSC held the exam on April 21, 2024. Candidates who have successfully cleared the NDA 1 2024 written exam are now eligible for the interview stage conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence. This interview is an important step for admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force Wings of the National Defence Academy for the 153rd Course and the 115th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC), starting from January 2, 2025. The list of qualified candidates, along with their roll numbers, is provided in the NDA 1 2024 written results official PDF attached below and is also accessible on the Commission’s website at www.upsc.gov.in.

UPSC NDA Written Exam Results:

The UPSC releases the NDA written exam results in two stages. Initially, a general PDF containing the roll numbers of qualified candidates is published. Subsequently, within a few days, the UPSC releases another PDF, including both roll numbers and names of the qualified candidates.

NDA 1 2024 Written Result

After the NDA written exam, qualified candidates proceed to the Services Selection Boards (SSBs) for intelligence and personality tests, commonly known as SSB interviews. Candidates recommended by the SSB undergo a medical examination. Finally, the UPSC declares the final results, including cut-off marks, answer keys, and marks of recommended candidates. Even non-qualified candidates can access their scorecards by visiting the “Marks Information” section on the official UPSC website after the declaration of all relevant information. However, the mark sheets of the candidates will be available on the Commission’s website within fifteen days from the publication date of the final result.

Registration Process for Written Qualified Candidates:

Qualified candidates are required to register online on the Indian Army Recruiting website within two weeks of the announcement of the written result. Those who have previously registered need not do so again.

SSB Interview for NDA 2 2024:

Successful candidates will be allocated Selection Centers and interview dates, which will be communicated via their registered e-mail IDs. For any queries or login issues, candidates can reach out to dir-recruiting6-mod@nic.in.

Submission of Documents at SSB:

Candidates must submit original certificates of Age and Educational Qualification to the respective Service Selection Boards (SSBs) during the SSB interview. Original certificates should not be sent to the Union Public Service Commission.
